Commercial Flight Training

The Commercial Pilot License allows you to fly for hire. This is the core license needed to do any flying for compensation, such as flight instruction, sightseeing, cargo-carrying, airline work… anything that pays you to fly. The focus of the flight training is mastery of the airplane in maneuvers, night flight and extended cross-country trips, as well as developing a sound knowledge of the theory subjects.

Requirements for a Commercial License

  • 18 Years Old
  • First Class Medical Certificate
  • Able to speak, read & comprehend english.
    (If required IELTS test with results minimum score of 6)

CASA Minimum Requirements:
200 Hours flight time, which broadly includes:-

  • General Flying Maneuvers
  • Cross Country Navigation & Procedures
  • Instrument Flying
  • Complex aircraft flying
  • Night Flying
  • Successful completion of the CASA Commercial Theory Examinations and Practical Flight Test
